Exploring ethical frontiers of visual methodologies

Project summary

This cross-disciplinary project explores the ethical challenges in visual methodologies. There is growing interest in and use of digital and visual methods for research for research involving disadvantage populations and communities. These methods present new kinds of ethical issues for researchers and research ethics committees. This project will identify key ethical issues and develop best practice research ethics guidelines for visual methodologies.
